How does registration work? Children and siblings of children already attending Red Wagon will receive an opportunity to register prior to our registration date each spring. Pre-existing clients get first priority before accepting new families to the program. For new families, registration is based on a first come, first serve basis. Once all spaces are filled, a wait list will be formed and families will be notified if and when a space should become available.
What if my child has already attended Red Wagon and we want to continue the program the following school year? Children who are currently enrolled, along with their siblings, will be given the opportunity to register prior to the public registration date.
When can I register my child? Registration for Red Wagon's Morning Preschool Program takes place in April for the upcoming school year. Registration for Red Wagon After School Care takes place in May for the upcoming school year. All submissions are time-stamped and therefore only those received after 8:00am will be considered. Additional registrations are added to our ongoing wait list and families are notified if and when a space comes available.
How do I register my child? Submissions can be made electronically via our contact form. A "Register Now" tab will appear on the menu bar on this website at 8:00am on registration day. Click on this tab to fill out and submit the contact form to begin the registration process.
I've filled out the "Register Now" form, what happens next? Red Wagon will phone each family as soon as possible to confirm enrolment status. Families who have fallen within the 20 space enrollment limit of each class will continue the registration process. Any overflow of submissions will be asked if they would like to be placed on the waitlist and will be contacted as any spaces become available. A non-refundable deposit (which goes towards September's fees) is required in order to secure your child's space for the fall. The Red Wagon registration package will be emailed to families enrolled to review and complete prior to the orientation day. An orientation schedule will be emailed once we have received a response from all families. All completed registrations forms, and the remainder of September's fees will be collected at orientation.
